She specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction-related concerns, and emotional or behavioral difficulties. She uses evidence-based, client-centered approaches to provide compassionate and effective psychological care.

Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can develop resilience, strengthen healthy coping strategies, and improve their overall psychological well-being.

From a branding and professionalism perspective, having all profiles in third person usually looks more polished and consistent. But if the website team specifically approved first-person profiles for Alishba and Ushna, then they should stay exactly as they are.
